Quote, Template Installation and Works - Terms & Conditions

  1. Quotes are valid for 60 days.
  2. All quotes are subject to final template. Typical additional charges can be:
    • Smaller or larger sized quartz pieces.
    • Large worktops, for example : an island that requires more than a 2 man lift.
    • Poor Access.
    • Parking Charges or toll charges.
    • Not limited to the examples above; other scenarios can cause a price change.
  3. We require 5 working days from confirmation of order to arrange our templater to come to site
  4. When our templater arrives the following is required to be on site to ensure they are made to an accurate dimension:
    • Existing Worktops (if applicable) to be removed.
    • Carcasses to be set in the position required.
    • Hob, Sink & Tap(s) to be on site (Alternativley the make, model and dimensions to be known).
    • Any other additions that are to be installed on the worksurfaces to be on site.
  5. The Template will need to be signed off by the customer or someone of authority to confirm they wish to have the work surfaces made as shown in the template.
  6. If the customer does not wish to precede post template, the amount owed would be the template charge plus an additional £50 (ex VAT) for admin work.
  7. Installation will be within 8 working days of templates being signed off
  8. Unless specifically agreed, finished pieces will be within +/- 3mm tolerance of template.
